Buckwheat & Banana Pancakes
WHAT YOU NEED: 1 cup (130g) buckwheat flour 1 tsp. baking powder pinch salt 1 1/2 cup (350ml) coconut milk 1 tsp. vanilla paste 2 medium bananas, sliced 2 tbsp. coconut oil toppings of choice WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
