Go Green Smoothie


WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2/3 cup (150ml) plant milk

  • handful of spinach

  • 1 fresh pineapple ring

  • 1/4 cucumber

  • 1/2 medium banana

  • 1/2 apple, cored

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tsp. maca powder

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

Using a high-speed blender, first blend together the milk and spinach. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until smooth.
